Here we are in social isolation, lockdown, awaiting events. A new and unique experience for all of us and one which is squeezing news of anything else out of the papers and off the TV screens, to the extent that people are even expressing nostalgia for the Brexit coverage. But, despite all this clamour other things are still going on, and Covid19 could be even more of a disaster elsewhere in the world, not least sub Saharan Africa. We look at how that is playing out in this issue and also take a look at how Turkana has changed in the last few years as two of the New Ways team pay a visit.
We also look at fundraising initiatives. These are a little constrained at the moment but plans are being made, people are plotting on Zoom, and we will get back to activity when we can.
