We support projects in Africa and South America, but the majority of our funding goes to the Turkana region of northern Kenya. Here we work with the Missionary Community of St Paul the Apostle, a catholic missionary organisation. The MCSPA have been working in Turkana since 1982, and are currently the major health care provider along the west side of Lake Turkana. The projects we support in Turkana include Nutritional Nursery Schools Projects to provide nutritional supplements to over eight hundred children attending seventeen nursery schools across the region. We currently also fund projects in Mozambique and Bolivia, and have in the recent past funded projects in other parts of Kenya, particularly Nairobi and Wema in the Garissa district of eastern Kenya, and also in Uganda.
